JVW Communications was established in 2002 after the principal partners of Millennium Systems Technologies Group (founded in 1998) and JVW Associates (founded in 1994) merged to form JVW Communications. In this information age, this professional move combined technology expertise with public relations know-how resulting in broader, technologically advanced client services that have taken the printed word to new mediums.

Over the past two years, JVW Communications has been contracted by private enterprises, non-profit organizations, government agencies and engineering firms to promote their products and services, organizational programs, provide public awareness of environmental issues, manage public outreach for high-profile public works projects and communicate with diverse audiences.

Clients of JVW Communications include the United Water Conservation District, the City of Oxnard Water Division, City of Oxnard Wastewater Division, City of Oxnard Streets and Waterways Division, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, MNS Engineers Inc., Rossco Equipment Rental, Inc., Ventura College, Rescue Mission Alliance and Weil Tennis Academy.
